1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- It must be returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories
- The order number or proof of purchase must be provided
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items damaged by misuse or accidents
- Watches that have been worn, scratched, or altered
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
2. Return Process

- You will be responsible for shipping the item back (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
- You must provide a tracking number for the returned item
We are not responsible for lost return packages.
3. Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
